Keeshond

Keeshonds are velcro dogs in a medium package, meaning they’ll follow you from room to room and genuinely suffer if left alone for too long. That fox-like face and those distinctive eye markings hide a relentlessly friendly, outgoing personality that makes them terrible guard dogs but excellent at making friends with literally everyone, including strangers and other dogs. They’re lively enough to keep up with active families but compact enough to not destroy your house in the process, assuming you brush that plush double coat regularly and don’t mind them being perpetually underfoot.
