Size Guide — Bella+Canvas 3001
All of our shirts are printed on the Bella+Canvas 3001 Unisex Jersey Tee. This is a retail-fit shirt — not boxy or oversized. If you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.

How to Measure
- Body Length: Measured from the high point of the shoulder to the bottom hem.
- Chest Width: Measured across the chest, one inch below the armhole, while the shirt is laid flat.
Fit Notes
- The Bella+Canvas 3001 runs true to retail sizing — it is not an oversized, boxy tee.
- If you typically wear a large in brands like Nike, H&M, or Target basics, a large in the 3001 will fit similarly.
- Heather colors are a cotton/polyester CVC blend and may feel slightly different than solid colors (100% cotton).
- The shirt has a tear-away label for comfort — no itchy tag at the back of the neck.
